This Dress

I came across this dress today and just stared at it
trying to think of how I could tell the Texan that I was going to buy it.
The girl pictured has the cutest blog and most adorable family. 
The dress itself is from The Impeccable Pig (cute name!)
unfortunately though it's a little far too much out of my price range for a summer dress.
Maybe I can persuade the Texan to give up food for a month???
